"The stay was overall positive. Check-in was fine and I was attended by a gentleman who was very helpful. There was another gentleman who had poked his head from out of the back room (behind the counter) just to greet me which was nice. I asked for a late checkout and had no issue. During checkout is where there was a bit of a shift from the attitude that had been received up to that point. I was attended by lady who's demeanor was somewhat muted which really isn't an issue per se. Different, but...

"When you approach it, it is hidden. You have to drive through a torn up and derelict property to reach it. My friend referred it to a burned out ghetto and didn't want to stay. I missed the cancelation date so we stayed. The building needed maintenance on the outside. Inside you were welcomed by friendly staff, new carpet and fresh paint. The room was sparce with mismatched furniture. The hvac worked great."
