A PRIVATE, cozy studio located in the "1750 John Sullivan House" on Historic Thames Street. The home is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Walk to shops, restaurants, King Park Beach as well as The Elms Mansion (Filmed in HBO/MAX series, "The Gilded Age"), Tennis Hall of Fame and other museums on Bellevue Avenue. MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL.

Bathroom has a full-size washer/dryer. Studio located on the second floor. No shared space except entrance stairway. American Leather comfortable queen gel mattress sofa bed with no springs. WIFI, 40" TV, Live TV, microwave, mini-refrigerator, kettle for coffee and tea (provided). Owners/Property Managers live on 3rd/4th floors.

Cozy, Clean, and Comfortable Stay in the Heart of Newport

I recently stayed at this charming apartment in the heart of Newport, RI, and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It provided a perfect retreat after a long day, whether I was working or if I was out exploring the city. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. While the apartment doesn't have a full kitchen, this didn't hinder my stay. Newport offers a fantastic variety of dining options within walking distance, so I enjoyed trying out different local restaurants. The apartment's central location made it easy to visit all the major attractions, from the historic mansions to the beautiful waterfront. Overall, this cozy apartment was an excellent choice for my stay in Newport. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in this lovely city.
