Room was very large but dated. The front desk clerk was not pleasant. Every interaction we had with her was terrible. She was not helpful and overall just grumpy. Centrally located and you can easily walk to several sights and restaurants.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful Newport area. We especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the excellent service throughout our visit. My friend and I recently stayed here and loved the location. The people at the front desk were more than friendly and gave us some good dining options. The only complaint we had was the $40 a night parking fee. We just thought that seemed like a lot, especially because if you couldn’t find a spot on the side of the building, you had to go around back and even last night, we took the last spot back there. All in all it was a great experience.
