"Lovely, cosy little cottage, perfectly located for seeing our friends in Sigingstone. Lovely walks and only short drives to many attractions. Only downside was the bed which was too soft for us and very creaky! That being said, we would definitely consider coming back and will recommend Moorshead to friends and family. Thank you "

Cold Ashton is a sleepy village with no facilities within walking distance. Marshfield is the closest town which has a couple of pubs and a general store. The owner of Rose Cottage, Monika, is extremely helpful and friendly. Rose Cottage is perfect for couples or families with young children. "We just had a 4 night stay but it was a very pleasant experience. The Coach House is well laid out, especially for two sets of families. The beds are comfortable and the whole property is clean. It is ideally situated for walking locally and for visiting the sights."

"My family and I enjoyed the stay at this property. Beds were comfortable, hot showers and plenty of bath water for a long soak after walking up Pen Y Fan which is just down the road. Kitchen well equipped, lots of space at the dining table. Stairs to the bedroom are steep which is normal for this type of cottage. There is a lovely outdoor space at the back. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right for us. "

"Lynn and her team were very welcoming and the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Being able to charge our EV overnight was also a huge plus. The apartment is ideally suited for short breaks and is not sure whether it wants to be a hotel suite or a self catering venue. That being said we were able to cook a lot of different meals, but a few more cleaning materials and equipment would have been welcome. "Highly recommend Vauxhall cottage, it is a wonderful homely place to stay with lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome. The location is excellent with all amenities at walking distance. The cottage was great for our dog too as the garden is fully enclosed. Host is very responsive and helpful! We would love to return."
