I arrived on a Thursday, didn’t receive EOD, services, ( new towels, coffee, creamer) thus, had to request them on Monday, checked out Tuesday. Navigating TV guide, was slow, & challenging. All else was user friendly. Staff were all very pleasant, engaging, & helpful. "
