"It seems like the place wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. The dining table was greasy. The smell of the place wasn’t pleasant. The TV didn’t work and the controller was missing a battery. There were spider webs on the windows. It was a good location and small and practical but not very pleasant experience. "

"Couple of things to be aware of, byo towels and war plugs if you dislike traffic noise. Central tram to city stopping literally outside the door. Clean and basic fit out. "

"This unit has everything you need. Bigger than it looks in the photos. Excellent location - we walked into the heart of Melbourne. Great onsite parking and easy access to other parts of Melbourne."

"Convenient to local cafes and shopping with delightful view of river. Plenty of exercise options for those feeling energetic. Area was quiet and apartment had all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The only downside for those without a vehicle is slope up to local supermarket & public transport, and a ramp would be handy at front of building for those with mobility issues."

"The apartment is modern, on the 16th Floor, so has spectacular views of Melbourne. The property is very secure. We enjoyed the stay but there were a few things missing in the amenities described which would have made our 5 night stay better. The property manager has said they will address these. The main issue is the traffic noise which is significant although this may improve once the window repairs are undertaken. The property manager was responsive, but did not address one issue ( no iron)...

"This property was an ideal location for my purposes. Check in was easy and communication with the manager excellent. Some of the appliances do not work well and the cleaning could have been better. Otherwise it suited me well."
