"Easily the worst overnight stay I have encountered anywhere in my travels. We had no working water heater the first 24 hours so none of us could shower. The floors were sticky. We killed two sizeable spiders in the unit. The whole place smelled like chemicals but I couldn’t quite place what they were. Every shower had mold and mildew (and gross amounts of caulking) and mine included a sliver of dried bar soap complete with black speck inside the soap dish. The pillows were the kind you might...

"Our family had an amazing visit at Casa Ceoil! The property was full of life (dogs, horses, goats,cats, and chickens). The house was centrally located within the county so we were able to take day trips. After our adventures we would be greeted by Luna (the sweetest dog)! "Property was nice, comfortable and clean. Location is great with a short walk to many of Bunratty's attractions. The gas fireplace was a nice addition. The property manager was responsive and helpful. My only issue and it's small is I don't think the people renting a property should be expected to strip beds. I would stay again!"

"The cottage was very comfortable. It had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. The location was central to all the places we visited. We enjoyed our daily drives through the countryside and having a relaxing place to stay when we returned each evening. On our final day, we enjoyed touring the local area and found that there was plenty to do in or near Mountshannon. It was nice taking a break from driving. The hosts were friendly and welcoming.
