"A great property in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the Downs hillside. I enjoyed watching all of the birds playing outside the livingroom window in the mornings and evenings. We stayed for a week from June 3-10, 2024.The property is as listed. Although, after we washed some of our clothes we didn't have a clothing dryer to dry them. "Had a lovely time. Cottage clean and well equiped for a home from home stay. Took elderly parents, so the downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal. Enclosed garden was great for the dog too. The area was stunning and loved watching the paragliders on the downs. Only lost 1 star, due to the road noise, which we soon got used to. Not the fault of the owners and otherwise a 5 star holiday."

"Unusual property right in the centre of Seaford and close to the beach. I was able to park close by and parking outside is possible overnight. If the owner sorts out the hot water and TV signal issues it will be brilliant."
