"The check-in time is 3:00pm based on the online information. We arrived at 3:00 and we were told by the staff at reception that the room was not ready yet, and it would be ready in 5 to 10 minutes. After 15 mins, another family arrived and they were told the same thing and the reason provided, was being short-staffed. We waited another 5 minutes, and the room was not still ready. The office of General Manager was beside the reception. I went there and asked the GM if he was aware of the delays...

"I actually like the extra touch of the hand soap, body cream etc from a brand that doesnt suck the life out of one's skin."

"This motel is highly overpriced, and very very outdated. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear every single thing in attached rooms. Bed was uncomfortable, and there was very little room for 2 people to move around at the same time. Bathtub was extremely slippery, and I almost fell while washing. Needs something oon the floor of tub to keep grip. I would not recommend this place at all. Drive an extra hr or so off the Ferry and be comfortable"
