"Stayed at this hotel during a recent trip to Niagara Falls, NY. While the location was convenient and the room was clean, a few things made the experience less than ideal. First, the Starbucks inside the hotel closes way too early — not ideal if you’re arriving late or want an evening coffee. Most of the nearby restaurants also shut down early, leaving very limited food options after 8 or 9 PM. Also surprising — no coffee machines or refreshments available in the lobby, which is usually a basic amenity in most hotels at this level. It felt inconvenient, especially for early risers or late check-ins."

"Amia and Warren were awesome, nice, so helpful amd professional. Excellent locations to visit the NiagaraFalls and to cross the border. Close to restaurants, shops, ice cream truck and even to the most beautiful St Mary of the Cataract Catholic church. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. I couldn't get enough of the quiche and bacon. Room and bathroom were nice and roomy and nice towels and bedding. Only con was they allow dogs and dog wouldn't stop barking. "
