"The Staff were excellent. Emma the Property Manager was fabulous when I mentioned that we'd had a problem accessing Netflix. A minor problem I know but she was so wonderful in the way she handled our feedback. We highly recommend this Park. The facilities and games for children are second to none. A very safe environment for children to play andcexplore. We will definitely return."

"I really love staying at Eden Oak. It’s a lovely hotel close to the city centre. I love the TV having lots of special channels that I wouldn’t normally get at home. Breakfast is great, however being coeliac I wish they had a seperate toaster for gluten free toast. The room I stayed in needed some attention, multiple items were broken including the toilet roll holder, curtains, bin. split system (still worked, just had a part hanging off it). Some simple fixes and upgrades really would make this place perfect. I will absolutely be back."

"The park was in a great position, a short drive to Geelong foreshore and Belmont shops. Our cabin was very clean and comfortable, the amenities great and the staff lovely. The only downside was the WiFi wasn't working which didn't worry me but perplexed the Grand children 😁 Would definitely stay there again"
