All guests will need to climb stairs in order to access the apartments. Please bare in mind that the street may be noisy with it being close to restaurants and bars in the area.
The space
I'm very excited to welcome guests to my cosy apartment in the middle of Newcastle City centre. This home from home will give you easy access to many of the popular sights of the city including St James Park, Eldon square and the Theatre Royal.
I've enjoyed sourcing modern and comfortable furniture to make the home a relaxing place to stay. I hope that my property forms the beginning of an enjoyable stay in Newcastle
My property comfortably sleeps 2 guests with ample space to store clothing and personal items. It boasts a modern kitchen with basic amenities and a living space for you both to relax in.
Entrance to the property
When you arrive at the property you will enter through a shared door accessible from the street. This will lead through a shared space and up a stair case. A guest manual will be sent to you before arrival to guide you to your apartment.
Your personal space. Once you enter the door of the apartment you will be welcomed into a small corridor space. This will provide access to each rooms throughout your stay. Your bedroom has a double bed with a king duvet.
Your kitchen and living space is open plan with ample seating for two people. The washing machine is located in the kitchen should you need it. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is are small convenience stores nearby.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment. To reach the door of the apartment you will have to enter via a shared reception space and a set of stairs. This is used by other residents in the apartment block so please be polite as they are generally very welcoming.
PARKING
Unfortunately there is no on site parking available throughout your stay. If you are bringing a car I would recommend staying at Stowell Street Multi story carpark which is a 5 - 10 minute walk from the property. More information related to parking can be found in the guest manual we will be sending out before your arrival.
Other things to note
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Additional rules
- Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
- Please respect the neighbours and keep the noise down. No noise after 10pm
- Indoor shoes/slippers only please
- Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture
- When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the door and windows
- When leaving the property please off all radiators to reduce our energy consumption. We are trying hard to reduce our carbon footprint.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
