"Cheap for what you get. It has that classic period charm and class that make it a really enjoyable experience. Staff great, breakfast great. Rooms had ironing facilities and a fan which I can see being helpful in these rooms in the summer but my stay and experience was top tier."

"This was our first stay at Marriott Keele. Finding the hotel was not obvious and TomTom didn't take us to the door, so signage could be improved. However, the check in process was excellent and the room was very good. The only thing that was missing was complimentary bottles of water and a good selection of tea/coffee, biscuits. There was plenty of room in the carpark and a Starbucks on the ground floor; I suspect this may be the reason for the limited supply of coffee in the room? The breakfast was very good and overall, it's difficult to fault this hotel for the price paid. I would happily return and stay with Marriott Keele in future."

"Somewhat quiet. The owner was vwry nice and welcoming. Riim was adequate however it was small so luckiky we did not take up our suitcases. A small fridge was provided which was useful. What would have also been been useful was a jug or bottle of water. It was very hard to fill the kettle from the bathroom sink. We couldny understand why the bed was unusually warm and a bit sticky. Is the plastic under the mattress protector necessay? Nice stay."

"The staff absolutely make this hotel, they are so lovely. Friendly and welcoming when you arrive, very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Reception, young lady, professional, courteous and a positive attitude. The kitchen and waiting staff are very pleasant and accommodating with our dietary allergy. I think there have been some upgrades to the decor since we last stayed and it’s a nice welcoming place to stay. We will stay again. Thank you to all the staff."
