"Great place to stay!"

"Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again! ⭐ 1/5 We stayed at Embassy Suites in Oklahoma for three nights while attending a family funeral, and unfortunately, our experience was terrible from the moment we arrived. The first thing we noticed was the disgustingly dirty lobby floor, which immediately gave us a bad impression of the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance. Our first night was absolutely horrible. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and to make matters worse, we were placed next...

"The room was nice enough. The bathroom floor was a little dirty."

"The casino was nice and updated. Smelled clean. We enjoyed the stay and the shuttle was nice to the casino."

"Room 231 was terrible…. The bathroom was in horrible shape. Caulking pulling off & dirty, paint pealing off"

"The property was well maintained and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Thank you"

"We checked in quite late for our one night stay. My first set of room keys didn't work but reception quickly sorted it out. Several luggage carts available to move cases etc from the car to our room. Lovely big king-size room with sofa. Lots of space. Big luggage rack. Very comfy king size bed, fridge, modern bathroom, soft towels. Lots of variety at breakfast. They were quick to restock supplies. The whole hotel felt very new and smart. We would stay here again."

Just didn’t feel very clean. The air conditioner was very loud. Breakfast offering wasn’t anything to write home about. We ended up getting breakfast elsewhere."

"The mattresses were very worn. I have never been in a hotel that the mattresses were hollowed out. Very uncomfortable."

"I love the lodge"

"The room was good but the pool which we looked forward to using was suddenly in need of being refurbished the day after we arrived and bc I booked through a travel service I was not afforded any accommodation or remediation"

"I like this hotel! Will definitely stay here again next time I’m back in town. Very convenient, friendly and helpful staff."

"Good breakfast snd clean rooms"

"Staff very good"

"This has officially become my favorite hotel! Every stay has been a great experience, and the customer service keeps bringing me back. A special shout-out to Elizabeth for always making the check-in process so easy and stress-free! She gives clear instructions, makes sure everything is explained, and makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It’s the little things that make such a big difference, and she definitely goes above and beyond. Excellent service, a smooth check-in, and a great...
