On the 4th floor of the Arena Residential complex, this apartment features a king bedroom with ensuite, internal laundry, and open plan kitchen, dining and living that open up to the balcony.

This is the 1 bedroom only option. Please see the alternate listing for the 2 bedroom option.

At The Wave you will be within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. You will also be able to walk to some of Newcastle’s not-so hidden gems including King Edward Park and the Bogey Hole, Memorial Walk, Newcastle Ocean Baths, Hunter St Mall and Nobby’s Beach & Lighthouse.
