Seaside Luxe is a stylish, stunning apartment in the heart of Newcastle with the most incredible ocean views, directly across from Newcastle Beach and a short walk to King Edward Park, and some of the city’s best cafes, bars, and restaurants.

Positioned on the 8th floor, the apartment offers uninterrupted, elevated views over the ocean from every room. Whether you're relaxing inside or stepping out onto the private balcony, the outlook is stunning, you might even spot dolphins or whales.

There’s a queen bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room, suitable for an average adult or a child.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, and freezer, along with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. A Nespresso machine, T2 tea, and sugar are also provided.

The bathroom has a shower and a washer/dryer combo (note: the dryer can only be used as part of the wash cycle).

Free all day street parking is available just 200m away, metered parking on the street in front of the complex is free outside of business hours plus there is a paid parking garage around the corner.

Step outside to find coastal walking tracks on your doorstep, and the harbour within walking distance. The apartment is also close to the Newcastle Beach Light Rail Stop and several bus stops, so getting around is easy.

Not bad

The property was good but some improvements could be made. There was no ventilation in the toilet which was not that pleasant and the sliding door between the toilet and bedroom did not close. Apart from that it was clean and a great view of the ocean.
