"The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family of four. We especially appreciated the valet service, as they took extra care with our accessible van—it just barely fit in the underground parking, so having the valet team assist us gave us great peace of mind. The location was fantastic for our visit. We were in town for an MLB game, and the stadium was conveniently close by. We also enjoyed being able to walk around and explore Pike Place Market afterward. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and the friendly valet service was an added bonus for our family."

"Excellent hotel in central Seattle, close to the rail link, market etc…. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. My only complaint is that our room was ‘part’ cleaned on two days .. the bathroom was cleaned but no toilet roll was replaced, the bed was unmade and clearly someone had been sitting / lying on it and watching tv. The hotel sorted the matter and our room was perfect for the rest of our stay. Good bar and food options, breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful."

"A great hotel to stay at when you want to be near Pike Market. Just a few minutes away from it. Friendly and kind staff who are willing to help at all times. The only downside was there was only 1 elevator working during my stay. It's not that I had to wait for long, but most of the time the elevator was a bit cramped. Overall, it was a great experience staying at this hotel. Would recommend."

"This was a one nite stay due to a long layover. It is close to airport and has a great restaurant/bar in a shared parking lot. This was ideal for us to have some drinks, shower, sleep in a bed and be on the early flt next day. It is our second stay and would stay here again. Breakfast is served by hotel and is sufficient for a quick bite. It sure beats buying $15-20 breakfast burgers in airport. Very helpful for budget conscious travelers. Shuttle is helpful to have and is clean, timely, and efficient. They also have free news papers which i really like. Try it."
