"Clean Room"

"The staff was very nice and pleasant, but unfortunately the overall stay wasn’t great. Even in the non smoking rooms, cigarette smoke travels through the vents pretty badly, and the room and surrounding areas had an unpleasant smell. I also spotted a couple of roaches in the bathroom late at night. I appreciate the friendly staff, but the cleanliness and lingering smoke smell definitely took away from the experience."

"The lobby was never opened. They didn’t have coffee. He said they didn’t do that. The TV had no remote control and I could not get it to work. No refrigerator. No microwave will probably not be there again."
