"This is a stunningly beautiful hotel with amazing views. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first time travelling with my 7 month old dog but the staff and owners were fantastic. The hotel is spotless. Smells amazing. There is a large enclosed back garden for dogs to run and enjoy. 5 resident dogs who are all beautiful and love to play. The breakfast was also delicious, great quality food, amazing service and great location for a relaxed few days away. You can walk straight onto the beach. I...

"Lovely guesthouse, we really enjoyed our stay! Great service! Nice room with fridge included. There's a good sized garden as well where our pup could run about. Be careful with showers, if hot water runs out you need to wait for water to heat up again, but honestly it only takes a few mins. Breakfast was a huge portion and delicious, definitely recommend it! We had dinner at the portaferry...

Blue Door Apartments
3.5 star property
10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (26)
"Enjoyable couple of days in Newcastle. Apartments are very central and pubs, restaurants within easy walking distance. Very comfortable and clean. There are stairs to all apartments and we got a parking space in the car park at the seafront which was a few minutes walk away. The living area was very spacious with cooking, dining and seating areas. The bed was a bit awkward to access as bedroom is narrow but it was very comfortable. It can be quite noisy from traffic and pedestrian crossing if...

"We highly recommend this apartment. I almost don't want to give this review so that it is still available next time we visit! The view in the morning is amazing with a great wee garden to sit and take it all in with a cuppa. Great walks nearby. I highly recommend a visit up to Dundrum Castle for the view. The location is perfect for day trips. Very clean and plenty of space. All that was needed was provided. "
