"Nice hotel although there were signs of black mould in the shower and the corners of the carpets could have done with a hoover. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was quite good, usual self service breakfast items were available."

"Hotel is in a prime position for Newcastle city centre the room has everything you need.The prices and food are reasonably priced for a city hotel.The staff were very helpful from check in to check out.The only downside was the music coming from the public bar underneath the hotel which only stopped at 2am."
