"This hotel is amazing! We loved almost everything about it! The hotel grounds are beautiful…surrounded by a beautiful golf course, highland cows, pastures land. Our room was large and well appointed. We were in the stable building. The main castle/hotel itself was really beautiful. There were two weddings (on different days) while we were there…which was fun to see since the men were in their full dress kilts and the women in their gowns. The Cave Bar is fantastic! It was built in the 1800’s but...

From the photos on the website I thought the rooms might be a bit outdated but on arrival it actually had a cosy and welcoming feel about it. Room was comfortable and heating was on when we arrived which was really appreciated as it was a cold evening. Room was clean and facilities were great.
