The man at the check in ignored us until we knocked on the window. Unsafe and dirty.

The hotel smelled of marijuana, smoke, and fragrances used to cover up the smell of smoke. The room I chose was “non-smoking” but for an asthmatic person, this was really not true or livable. On top of that, the environment felt unsafe with security and bullet proof glass around the check in desk.
