"There wasn't much I didn't like, however I booked and paid for a ground floor room,however I was told that the ground floor rooms were already occupied and I ended up on the first floor. My opinion is that they broke their contract. So beware that they might do the same . The previous owners always gave me a ground floor room"

"There is no onsite parking, which was falsely advertised on the app. We tried to find street parking at several times each day and evening but there was none. So the parking permit was useless. Parking was a block away in a public car park which cost us £21 for our 2 night stay.
