"It was spacious flat , clean and had everything we needed for our stay . It was perfect for our needs, parking was right outside the property which was useful . Had great communication with Alexander properties. Which made everything easy . Would recommend this property and Alexander properties. "

Probably best to start with the fact we didn’t end up staying here, not because we didn’t want to but because firstly we couldn’t find it, the address provided didn’t match the postcode, eventually found the road but no Alexander Apartment? Tried mobile number on booking which was out if service - never received any details on how to get in (even if we’d have found it!) hotels.com we’re next to useless, also couldn’t contact the property nor could they book us anywhere near...

"Spotless apartment, very large double bed incredibly comfortable, pre arrival communication and information excellent, everything we needed for a 4 night stay. We were in apartment 4 on the second floor, no views but we knew that when we booked, right on the seafront. If we are that way again would definitely stay again."

"Was there for one night for work. Crack in side of bath, kitchen had very basic utensils.the apartment stank of cigarette smoke . Was only there as hotels were shut so wasn't expecting the lap of luxury but it was way below standard for money."

"Lovely clean and nicely laid out property, beautifully decorated, very close to the promenade and local amenities. The front was in need of a bit of love to make it in-keeping with the inside of the house, and there was some noise from upstairs neighbours but otherwise a splendid stay."

"Property manager forgot to send code for key safe. Managed to get it indirectly by email but no easy contact was forthcoming thereafter. Street door lock cheap and worn. Next door to lobby broken and taped up. Lobby not been cleaned for weeks. Cheap lock on door to apartment. Security practically non existent. Six windows (2 in living room,2 in each bedroom) screwed shut.Not safe , awaiting replacement. Only window that opened for ventilation in kitchen.If open possible to step directly into...

"Had the most amazing stay - wonderful apartment that was like a home from home Beautiful bedding, towels and toiletries, kitchen fully equipped, WiFi & even a welcome goodie basket 5 mins walk to Quayside, 20 mins to Central train station & bus stops also outside apartment Thank you to the host for also getting details to me when Vrbo communication failed Would thoroughly recommend "
