With 2.5 bathrooms featuring a freestanding bathtub and outdoor shower in the primary en suite, guests will love the extra amenities. The additional living room space with a queen Aero mattress provides extra comfort for larger groups.
Located in the award winning community of Town of Tioga, this lovely property is within walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops Gainesville has to offer. We booked this house last minute to meet our new nephew and Claudia was super helpful and responsive. House was beautiful and just as listed. Accommodated our family as well as new grandma perfectly.

Unbelievable Stay!!

Wow! We cannot say enough good things about this property and the host. We had 6 adults and 2 kiddos and were all incredibly comfortable. There are 2 king beds, a queen and the most adorable bedroom with 2 twin beds that the kids absolutely loved. The beds are amazing!! Claudia has decorated the house beautifully and thoughtful touches were everywhere. We had an event at the University of Florida and it was convenient to get to. The neighborhood itself was pretty and the kids loved playing at the playground while the adults enjoyed the dinner selections with outdoor seating at the town center. We will absolutely be back!!
