"Me and my co workers rented this place just as a place to sleep while we worked long hours in the city. "It's right downtown Newark and surrounded by everything which was great. What isn't great about it, is parking... You absolutely can not park on the streets from 12am to 6 am and during peak hours it's very difficult to find parking. The place was pretty tidy and neat. Any issues I had with the place the property manager was quick to respond. I think for the room it was a little pricey but overall a decent experience. Not bad at all."

"My stay sas great although there were some hiccups along the way. Our host jay stayed communicative throughout the whole stay even compensating me when my stay didn’t turn out I’d hoped. All in all a great place and better host. 10/10"

"Host had double booked using multiple calendars. I found this out 1 hour before we were supposed to arrive and 1 hour after our check in time. Customer service was also not helpful and didn’t call me back. Thankfully I did get refunded but had to scramble to find something as an alternative day of which is always a more pricey endeavor. I will not be using VRBO again thanks to this listing and my experience. "

The host was incredibly thoughtful and even apologized for some noise coming from a neighboring property, despite it being completely outside their control. "First off the place was clean, bug-free. That's a plus. ITS A THIRD FLOOR, 1 BEDROOM APARTMENT. if steps are not your thing this is not for you ,you have 2 flights of steps to go up. It is a nice neighborhood. Quiet for being in the city. Parking is terrible you have to wait until later in the day to park near the home, because of the college students.
