"Staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating from the moment myself and my party stepped through the door. Check-in starts at 4, but Anna was able to make things move and helped us with obtaining our room nearly 6 hours early (I want to be clear, I totally understand if she wasn’t able to, but the fact that she tried alone was beyond me and excellent service)!
Prior to our stay, we utilized the shuttle bus, and the driver was timely, friendly, and extremely helpful. We used the shuttle bus at 4 am upon our departure without any mishaps.
The hotel also features a 24-hour cafe with drinks, pastries, salads, etc. and is all fairly priced and super convenient. A shared microwave is available in the lobby as well. Breakfast vouchers can be purchased (I think $15 per guest), but we did not utilize this feature. A gym is also available, but due to our limited time at the hotel this was not a feature we used.
The hotel room itself was clean and spacious. The tub did drain rather slowly, but honestly it was not a deal breaker for us—the fridge in the room along with the slew of amenities (iron/ironing board, coffee maker, hair dryer, tv, writing desk, adjustable AC, Dove branded shampoo/conditioner, body wash & hand soap, and numerous outlets) outweighed such a minor issue.
Further, I have to highlight and applaud all staff that we interacted were not just friendly but helpful and kind. I can’t recommend this place enough and I am so beyond words of the staff’s hospitality."
