"Great location to attend local concerts and to Penn Station. Room was clean and hotel personnel were friendly . Area consists of local panhandlers on just about every corner. Needed to be buzzed in or a key card to enter building or go up in the elevator. Parking was on site, but provided by a company called Laz and not affiliated with the hotel as of recently. The gentleman working the booth was not helpful and only care about his meal he was eating. Parking was pricey, but was on site. There are other offsite options available."

"Most hotels have bar soap for the bathroom. I was told there was none. We had to use the body wash from the shower. The breakfast buffet was not worth it. ($19.50 per person) There was hardly anything in the pans. We were told stuff was coming, but we didn’t wait. (They were not busy). Be aware there is not much parking. Your car might be put on a lift in the lot. The hotel was very clean & quick check in."

"It’s a wonderful stop, I always stay on my first and last night on visiting my sister in Connecticut, also a great place if visiting the area, very easy to visit New York City. Free shuttle bus to any terminal & sky train to Train station for Amtrak & local journeys"
