"Hotel was good for what I needed for my trip. Checking in was a little strange as it was done with almost no words from person behind the desk and my card ended up being double charged for the room. Room was clean enough, mold above shower was the worst of it. Only other thing worth noting is that the curtains in the room are sheer and don’t block any light which was not ideal for where my room was, as there was a beam of light shining directly at my room all night from something across the way that made it hard for my family to fall asleep as the room was still illuminated with the lights out. Mya at the front desk was amazing and kind, really appreciated her when I needed assistance during my stay! The little cafe in the lobby was also staffed by the nicest people!"

"We had a great trip! TRYP was close enough to Penn Station to walk but we also appreciated the shuttle service! TRYP offered complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport and Penn Station. The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were spacious and very nice. We would definitely stay there again!"
