The only thing my stay waa Saturday until Sunday. They put a hold on my card for an extra $250 which is understandable but they still haven't released the hold. I only used the room to sleep 6hrs and i checked out.

Room was clean. Staff was nice. Our room was supposed to have a wet bar (extra sink) and it did not. A lot of the parking lot is not usable due to construction equipment. We were charged parking per day and there wasn’t even enough parking spaces available for all guest cars. Elevators broken for entire stay. They were trying to fix them every day. One never worked. The other took so long to ever arrive. We had to use stairs most of the time. Staff was very apologetic but it didn’t change the inconvenience. We’ve always liked Hampton Inn due to their complimentary breakfast. This one had a very limited selection, basically just scrambled eggs & sausage patties. Waffle maker was only good thing and then that broke. Even the coffee was awful. I don’t even know how it could have been as bad as it was. The breakfast room also felt like AC was not working. To top it off, there was an absolutely disgusting bucket of liquid sitting by the trash to dump our liquids in. We ended up paying so much extra to eat at the adjacent IHOP for rest of our stay. After walking out of breakfast room, we wanted to wash hands, so followed signs to “temporary woman’s restroom in room 103” just to find men standing in there. We turned around and walked out. Every ice machine we saw was “out of service.” Pool was boarded up. The courteous staff was the only good thing about this hotel. Maybe it’s better when it’s not under construction. However, this was disappointing and a waste of money.

Service was great, food was good, room was clean and comfortable. When we woke up, both elevators were broken and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs for breakfast and carry our bags down the stairs to our car. My wife and I both have artificial knees so this was very difficult.
