"The housekeeping service was very disappointing. The room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and for three consecutive days, basic coffee supplies were not replenished despite my asking the staff two or three times. This was particularly frustrating and made the overall stay less comfortable than expected. I would strongly encourage the hotel to improve its housekeeping standards and responsiveness to guest requests."

"The airport shuttle made the difference in our day to day activities. First of all, we winged it. We arrived from Canada with a plan, but I didnt know the city well. The staff and shuttle guy pointed us in the right direction. Travelling with 2 young boys on the transit system was made seamless with each day. Breakfast saved my life! I stocked up on beverages and made sure my boys were well-fed before venturing out for the day. Splendid trip"
