"Great location - hotel felt run down and trying too hard to be trendy. Restaurant is closed for the next 2 months, front desk felt like assembly line. No lotion, no water in rooms Overall very underwhelmed, certainly better value at other hotels"

"It has a real unique and awesome decor staff was super friendly at 11pm food available in the vintage diner cafe area 24hrs . But the rooms can use some upkeep for instance the sliding washroom door wasn't sliding The rooms were really clean though And directly in terminal 5 was a plus"

"This was our second time staying here! Our first visit was just my husband and me for a convention, and this time we came back with our kids for Labor Day weekend. Once again, we had such a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, especially with our 4-year-old. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. What made our experience even more special was that we accidentally left our son's bicycle behind, and they kindly kept it safe for almost three weeks until we could retrieve it! That level of care and thoughtfulness really says a lot about their hospitality. We’re so grateful for their kindness and for making both of our stays so memorable. It's the little things that make a big difference, and we will definitely be back! ❤️"
