Great Place............................................................................................................................................................................................
Everyone was super nice, efficient and professional. Breakfast was good and had almost anything you would want in the morning...coffee was excellent! Very close to shops.

I find Sleep Inn a convenient place to stay if somebody plans to visit New York City. It has all the amenities , clean and accessible to transport to get to different places in New York.
The hotel was great. Very clean and welcoming. Even if it's was in Brooklyn. There was still parking. Only have one complaint. It says free breakfast. However When I get there at 8:30am there was little or None to eat and the staff says that was all they had. Mind you breakfast was from 7:30 to 9:30
A bit out of the way for purposes of my visit but quiet, comfortable bed, courteous, helpful staff. WiFi available free, decent selection of breakfast offerings.
The room was small. Beds comfortable. However I found several roaches in the bathroom and some crawling on the dresser. When I spoke to the front desk about it, he just apologized. He didn’t offer me anything - money back, free room or anything. I paid 200 for this night. Nasty and never again
Room was very comfortable and clean except for the tub....had to get the cleaning supplies from the maid service to personally clean it so my granddaughter could take a bath but overall it was very very nice and I would
Recommend highly to anyone seeking a nice restful place to stay.

The space is small and feel so crowded in the bedroom. Dark, noisy and the so-so quality of everything doesn’t match the price of the room. Will not visit again.

This was our 4th time to stay here over the past two years. Our only complaint is room size. Some of the rooms with a king size bed have so little space between the foot of the bed and the desk/dresser that one cannot use the desk. The first room we were given on this trip was that way and we went down and requested another one. The front desk readily accommodated us. The breakfast is decent. However, only one morning out of three were small danishes available. The breakfast attendant from El Salvador was very friendly and accommodating.
Very nice. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable

The location was good, as it was close to a Metro station. The hotel itself was disappointing, however. My room was very small and awkward with a bed too large for the room. The breakfast was terrible with a machine to dispense coffee. The front desk staff was helpful and offered directions to navigate around the city.
I was in town for the NYC half marathon and needed to stay relatively close to the start in Prospect Park. This location was about 15 minutes away by car and the price was very good. I loved them comfy bed. Everything was new and well designed. Breakfast was included and well beyond my expectations- eggs! Waffles! Sausage! Staff was very nice and let me do a late checkout the day of the race so I could shower before driving home. My only complaint was that shower gel from the previous guest was still on the shower shelf so I’m not sure how well the bathroom was cleaned before we got there. Other than that - great value for the price. The train ride to Manhattan takes about 45 minutes which feels a little long when you’re tired. Would stay again.

Nice and clean but breakfast needed to be better!
Everything was decent but for that price and the rooms being small breakfast should be a lot better it was dry and left out just not fresh. Needed more parking but it was a decent hotel and I would stay again!
Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We were just a couple of blocks from a subway station which made it easy to get to Manhattan or around Brooklyn. It was one of the only places in the area that didn't require a min 3 night stay.
West Coast rooms are much larger than space allows in NYC, but room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the Continental breakfast was excellent (especially the waffles)!
Out stay at this Sleep Inn was perfect and conveniently located next to all public transportation, excellent customer service, friendly staff and great complimentary breakfast....can’t wait sit there on come back!!
