The staff was excellent and super friendly. The valet parking was convenient, but subway travel is plentiful and sufficient: No need to have a vehicle if visiting the boroughs. The location is excellent for wanting to be just a quick walk from Time Square without having to walk through people to get in and out of the hotel. The facility and room were clean, but it could use some updating/minor repairs. The kitchen had a full fridge, silverware and dishwasher. Great for bringing in food and saving a bit from eating out. Overall, a great stay.
