Located on a tree lined street amongst historic brownstones, this one bedroom apartment is conveniently located between West End Avenue and Broadway in the Upper West Side of Manhattan and one block from the 72nd Street Subway (1, 2 and 3). This quiet apartment is inside a historic brownstone three flights up (no elevator) providing plenty of sun and light. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with closet and shelving. There is a queen pull out sofa bed in the living room along with a flat screen TV over the original fireplace used as décor. Newly renovated kitchen with cook top stove, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also newly renovated with shower (no bathtub).

No pets.
AC and ceiling fans in both the living room and bedroom.
Walk to elegant restaurants, trendy boutiques, and gourmet markets (The infamous Fairway Market is nearby.) on Broadway, Columbus Avenue and Amsterdam Avenue. Biking, walking and running paths along Riverside Park South are one block west. Explore the many cultural venues nearby, including the Lincoln Center of Performing Arts and The Juilliard School of Music. Also close to Central Park! Internet, Cable TV, AC, utilities all included.
