I always enjoy this boutique hotel while in NYC. The location is great and near shopping, restaurants and the west side hwy. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. Some of the rooms have a view. There is a lovely rooftop bar upstairs with spectacular views. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the 12 pm check out vs most of the other hotels with 11 am check out.

Great location for this hotel : close to the Hudson (5min walk) and 10’ to Springstreet for restaurants and shopping. The hotel has also a nice bar at the 19th floor and even a rooftop (with horrible noisy music) one floor ahead… the rooms are quite expensive but nicely decorated with excellent beds.

Hotel was nice and in a great location. Only down side is that there was no hot water during our stay (luke warm at best, cold at its worst). Staff was friendly, complementary coffee was a nice perk. I would stay here again (especially if they fix the water issue!).
