Newly refinished hardwood floors, plush down feather Restoration Hardware "Maxwell" couch (Queen size sleeper sofa), Both bedrooms have luxury Hotel Grand goose/down feather pillows that the 5 star hotels use. (If you are allergic to feather, I have high end fiber filled also)TV in both bedrooms & huge 45 in TV in the living room, stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, soap, shampoo, towels & linen.
