The location is great. The bellman was wonderful. The lounge was beautiful, however, the rooftop bar they advertised was not open nor was the fish bowl lounge/game room. We did not know this ahead of time and were disappointed.

Great stay at the dream for a girls weekend. We got a complimentary upgrade to share the same floor. Rooms are a good size for NYC and the price. The only downfall was the rooftop not being open but we had a wonderful time at the other restaurants! Our cleaning lady was beyond wonderful and polite!

Clean and quiet rooms in Midtown will always be my preference. Dream Midtown did not disappoint. There’s sub stations nearby and it’s walking distance to the park and Times Square. The staff are very welcoming.

The guy that checked me into the property was rude, I asked him about the resort fee and what it included he didn’t know so he shrugged and said “it’s standard in NYC”. In other properties I’ve stayed at staff gladly and throughly tells you what the resort fee includes. The elevators take a long time and the room is really small. Overall the room is modern, the bed was comfortable and the location is great, near lots of restaurants and subway lines.
