The staff were very helpful, nice and friendly. Always said good morning and asked if we needed any help. The location was perfect. The beds were super comfortable and it had a lot of space for a hotel room in New York. I will definitely stay there again when I’m in town.

The staff was really nice and the hotel was very nice also. Everything was perfect except the aircondition which makes some vibration sounds a couple of times every night. If that gets fixed there is nothing negative about this hotel. 5 stars.
