Everything was good. The rooms were clean and the front desk people were very friendly. The breakfast was always kept up with well and was a great use for our family trip.

The desk staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, and the room was quiet, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast provided was minimal, but adequate. I stayed five nights and noticed that housekeeping in my room—towels, amenities, etc—declined toward the end of my stay. I will stay here again because of the location.

I like the free breakfast, and has a small gym. The room is small but ok. Not sure why the bathroom door lock is on the outside, and the barn style shower door could not be closed tightly to prevent water from coming out

I like that it was clean and the staff were polite. I did not like that the internet was on and off. I had to go to the cellar to do my conference. Even when I was there, the internet got interrupted during my meeting.

My stay was great, but didn't have housekeeping services the last night I was there. Did not like the bathroom door being shut all the time (was it closing with a spring-lock?). Breakfast selection did not cater to vegetarians. Bed way too high. Lobby staff was outstanding, very helpful. Checkin and checkout were efficient. Location was perfect for me.

I would like to stay that the staff at this hotel was wonderful. they greeted us warmly upon our arrival, and whenever we had a request they did their best to fulfill it. The front desk people were very kind, the young woman who kept the breakfast stocked did a fine job, the housekeepers were excellent. The hotel is just a short walk -- less than five minutes - to the subway, and there are two really good restaurants within a two minute walk. The bed was comfortable. If I could suggest one thing, it would be a small shelf or something in the shower to put soap and shampoo on, and perhaps a small counter in the bathroom for toiletry articles. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I am in in NYC.

For the duration of my 5 day stay, all the staff (whether it was the different desk clerks or the housekeepers) were extremely friendly and welcoming. I was always greeted with smiles and good mornings. Nice big TV. Plenty of outlets. Room was comfortable. Bed was super comfy. Heat and A/C worked just fine. Whenever I needed anything (my bed made, garbage removed, new towels etc), it was never a problem. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. It was great. I miss it already! It was in a good area. I felt safe. Plenty of places to eat were around.
