The private beach access, pool and hot tub, cornhole grassy area, game room, barbecue area with picnic tables, easy parking, walkable to everything! It’s just the best hidden gem in Kings Beach! The staff is also super friendly and accommodating."

"Nice stuff, clean room. In the room refrigerator, microwave, TV. Also, soap, shampoo with condition. In the morning coffee, juice.Free WIFI. Property manager has to keep eye on outstanding desk, door to the toilet, microwave has a missing part (turntable not working). In general we got a cheaper price for this room."

"Loved the location to the Nugget Casino and the Event center, we went for a concert. Staff was very friendly. The room we had was nice. Felt safe in the area and was good parking. Only downfall- we had two queen beds and no matter how you turned to sleep, they squeaked. So sleeping was a little hard as you heard the movement of others."

"Love CVI motor lodge. Stay there everytime we go to Minden/Carson City, even Reno. Love the quaint tables at the casino too. Rooms always clean. A "

"A goid stay. Staf was indifferent. I had to engage in conversation to get a friendly reaponse. There is a pet fee I found out about after I arrived, not mentioknwd on the aite I booked with and I booked because they allowed peta which was great. Convenient a fairly close walking distance but i recomend wearing shoes that support because you walk on wooden plank walkways. VIRGINIA city is pretty much closed Monday , Tues and Wednesday and not many reataurants to choose from. A lot of bars...

"I would have given it five stars but the pool was out of service. This was very unfortunate and I wasn't told that it was out of service I got ready to go swimming and found out the hard way"

"Rather retro, but the owner is super friendly. He met us when we arrived. The room is old but has everything we need. Lake Tahoe beach and an upscale restaurant are right across the street."

"Staff was great and accommodated needs that I had for late check-in. It was motel-comfortable, clean and simple - just what I needed. My 4 legged friend was welcome and we had a good stay. Internet was stable enough that I could do work without interruption. "

"I would stay again, except I would not want the same room. From inside, it opened out to a huge tree! No staff on site. Room was clean, although the bathroom sink clogged up our first day there. Overall, no worries. I would recommend."
