"My 5 star review is based entirely on customer service. We had reserved a room but we're called on check-in day to explain that our room had a problem and was unavailable. Further, they were completely booked. They asked if we would mind if we arranged a stay at another in town facility at their cost to cover our inconvenience. We agreed, we were happy with the alternate site and we will try again to use the Evergreen on our next stay."
