"The property was very charming. The rooms were impeccable, easy access, comfortable and large. The air conditioner was quiet, continuous running and kept the room cool during a 100 degree day. We gave a 4 star rating vs. a 5 star due to the surprise $200 damage deposit added to our CC at check-in. This is not something that we have ever experienced before. The ice machine was empty and not producing ice. The front desk staff checked into it immediately and deemed it out of order. My husband gave the continental breakfast 1 star and he is very easy to please."
