"The hotel did not have a record of my reservation made through hotels.com, however the front desk staff (with her manager's help) was able to rectify the situation and give us a room. She was very pleasant and helpful. And yes, I did receive a confirmation after booking."

New Ulm is a very nice little town. Safe place to walk downtown and check out all the shops and bars. Fun place to travel with family and friends for a weekend getaway.
