The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. "We had a great time at this property. We had a group of 10 people staying here, and we all fit pretty comfortably (some couples were on full beds, but everyone had their own room). The glass sunroom is gorgeous, and we spent basically our entire trip hanging out there. Lovely beachside access, cute dogs around, generally a very quaint place to be. "This cottage was charming and perfect for the three of us. The neighbors were wonderful too. Very updated and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend keeping in mind is it’s a very small and narrow driveway. A compact car would work better than the small SUV I was driving. "We had a lovely stay at this home. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious so we could all spread out. We were glad to have a nice warm house to stay in because the weather was terrible! I also went swimming in the warm pool even though it was 60 and raining! Would highly recommend."

"We stayed at the Preston Hotel for a short time but it made an impression on us and we would happily stay there again in the future. We arrived late and parking was easy, check in was quick, and my favorite detail of all— they had set up the sofa bed for us (most hotels don’t, in my experience) which was so nice for our tired kid to hop into as soon as we walked into the room. I slept really well in the main bed. It was super quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge and well appointed. The complimentary breakfast in the lobby was simple but well done. "
