"FILTHY! The first room we were given wasn't even cleaned, bed were turned down and soda bottle on night stand. It looked as though occupants were just out for a bit. 2nd room key didn't work, finally got the working key and room was absolutely horrifying! Bugs on the walls, semen and other spots on the linens. AC didn't work properly. Traveled with 2 children, couldn't stay there!!! Owner refused to release my refund to expedia after I told him they would be calling him!! He acted as if it were...
"I requested a non smoking room and ours smelled like an ash tray. I also requested conjoining rooms - we were across the hall. The light on the desk had a short in it. Came on at 1:00 am. I closed the bathroom door and couldn’t get out. My husband had to use his shoulder to force it open. No light on the night stand. Had to get up to turn of the one across the room. It was very clean and the staff was very friendly."
