Great view!

Super view of ocean and excellent access to Flagler Av and all of its attractions. Really liked the wrap-around deck, too. Condo was in good condition - neat, good furnishings, etc. Complex management staff was excellent throughout the entire process - booking, instructions for arrival and departure, and responding to calls and e-mails.

Fantastic Location, Needs some upgrades as rates increase

Been renting for many years. Have appreciated upgrades. Complex is in best shape since we began. Please fix pool gate locks. Our unit could use some furniture upgrade. Living room chairs and couch are visibly dirty. Bathroom doors are visibly cracked and ancient original. I believe beds have been there for many many years. All this aside it is a great great location.
