With amenities like AC, heating, a washing machine/dryer, brand new ready kitchen with new appliances, Roku TV and fiber optic WiFi, you'll have everything you need for a delightful stay. Immerse yourself in the charm of this coastal city, explore the nearby attractions, and create lasting memories. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Due to City of New Smyrna Beach code, we must lease for 30 day minimum stays, but 30 days here is typically less than a week at a hotel in New Smyrna.
