"Wonderful property! We had our leadership retreat at this property. There was ample space for everyone to feel they had their own room. Everything we needed was provided. Plenty of towels, soap, dishes, utensils, etc.. beach chairs in the garage. It was amazing! I will absolutely be back again."

"Our recent getaway to New Smyrna Beach was made so much better by having such a wonderful place to call home during our stay. Often rentals don’t live up to the online photos, but this condo was better than expected. If this property wasn’t newly renovated it’s been maintained to perfection & with top quality everything making it feel like it was a well loved home, not a vacation rental for strangers. And the view- the photos don’t come close! We sent more time than we normally would enjoying meals on the balcony because stunning ocean views. The location was ideal with shops and restaurants close and being centrally located for all NSB has to offer. I love the non-commercial low “touristy” vibe of the town, it makes for a relaxing atmosphere not always found in Florida."
