Come visit this beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath pool home located in the heart of the island of New Smyrna Beach! Quick 2 block walk to the beach. Only a mile from the Famous Flagler ave. with all of the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The large, heated pool will allow you and your family to enjoy your stay in New Smyrna with an outdoor shower. This rental comes with the first $200 of utilities to heat the pool per month. The difference will be responsible for the tenant. The home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and very close to everything on this unique island lifestyle with 13 miles of coastline. Rent a golf cart and enjoy yourself on the island. You are a couple of blocks to the Sapphire Beach access, the beautiful Smyrna Dunes park, and the famous intracoastal for beautiful sunsets.

This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a bonus sunroom, living room, storage utility room for all your beach toys, en suite bathroom in the master with a shower and a shower/ tub in 2nd bathroom. The back yard is the perfect oasis to relax by the pool, great landscaping, and patio furniture. The home is perfect for 2 families on vacation together or one large family. This home is a newly listed vacation home. The Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd guest bedroom with a queen size bed, and 3rd bedroom has a full size daybed.

Yes, small dogs are welcomed. Maximum of 2 dogs of 25lbs. with $250.00 pet fee per dog

Renting multiple months will give you a discount of $100 per additional month after the first month. For example, $200 off each month for 2nd and 3rd month.
