Welcome to The Pelican C306! Located on the Drive Beach close by the popular Flagler Ave, this condo is in the heart of the action! With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, C 306 comfortably sleeps 6 guests. It has been recently updated with large, new TVs, fresh bedding and linens, and new furniture.

Everything was great. We had 6 adults so bunk beds were a challenge, will get a 3 bed room next time. Saturday the beach was crazy with vehicle traffic.

We had to be in Daytona Beach for a big event this week but wanted to avoid the hustle and bustle of that location. This condo in Smyrna Beach was just a short drive from Daytona Beach and worth the drive for the peace and quiet we experienced here! Loved the view…condo was clean, and check in/check out process was easy. Thank you! Definitely recommend.
